GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The temporary care of a child by a fit person by fit persons under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Protection Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every fit person carrying on the temporary care of a child by a fit person shall furnish Form I to the Local Complaints Committee within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every fit person carrying on the temporary care of a child by a fit person shall make an application in Form I to the Local Complaints Committee within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the temporary care of a child by a fit person is undertaken, and the Local Complaints Committee shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
