In the circumstances reported by the Protection Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every fit person carrying on the temporary care of a child by a fit person shall furnish Form I to the Local Complaints Committee within fifteen days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every fit person carrying on the temporary care of a child by a fit person shall make an application in Form I to the Local Complaints Committee within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the temporary care of a child by a fit person is undertaken, and the Local Complaints Committee shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.\n4.
