# India Code 2.0

> A demonstration register of Indian Acts, rules, notifications, circulars and duty records. Every instrument and every section has a six-character code; the code is the URL; the page, read top to bottom, is the packet.

Most of what the register holds is composed by it, not enacted. Every composed instrument, section, duty record and search result carries the word Synthetic on its face; what is held whole from an issuer’s copy carries no such word. The front page prints the counts.

The register records words and dates. It does not state whether a text applies to any person. Absence from the register establishes nothing about Indian law.
