GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a gymnasium by operators of a gymnasium under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall furnish Form H to the Sports Authority within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application in Form H to the Sports Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a gymnasium is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Telangana.
