In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall furnish Form H to the Sports Authority within forty-five days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a gymnasium carrying on the running of a gymnasium shall make an application in Form H to the Sports Authority within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a gymnasium is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.\n4.
