STANDING ORDER
To
All Extension Officers,
Subject: The working of a brick kiln in a village by owners of a brick kiln in a village under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act 13 of 1994), the Ports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:
1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the working of a brick kiln in a village by owners of a brick kiln in a village.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall make an application in Form 3 to the Block Development Officer within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.
3. The Extension Officer shall ensure that fair is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Block Development Officer within thirty days.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Ports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
