References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the working of a brick kiln in a village by owners of a brick kiln in a village.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall make an application in Form 3 to the Block Development Officer within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees.\n3. The Extension Officer shall ensure that fair is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Block Development Officer within thirty days.\n4.
