STANDING ORDER

To

All Controllers of Accounts,

Subject: The management of a public sector undertaking by public sector undertakings under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012), the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the management of a public sector undertaking by public sector undertakings.

2. The matter has been examined. Every public sector undertaking carrying on the management of a public sector undertaking shall make an application in Form GFR 22 to the Public Accounts Committee within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. The Controller of Accounts shall ensure that bill is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Public Accounts Committee within ninety days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
