References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the management of a public sector undertaking by public sector undertakings.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every public sector undertaking carrying on the management of a public sector undertaking shall make an application in Form GFR 22 to the Public Accounts Committee within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.\n3. The Controller of Accounts shall ensure that bill is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Public Accounts Committee within ninety days.\n4.
