STANDING ORDER

To

All Treasury Officers,

Subject: The implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012), the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies.

2. The matter has been examined. Every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall make an application in Form GFR 22 to the Government of Rajasthan within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. The Treasury Officer shall ensure that bid is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Rajasthan within seven days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan.
