References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the implementation of a scheme by implementing agencies.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every implementing agency carrying on the implementation of a scheme shall make an application in Form GFR 22 to the Government of Rajasthan within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.\n3. The Treasury Officer shall ensure that bid is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Rajasthan within seven days.\n4.
