GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a bonded warehouse by bonded warehouse keepers under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Superintendent, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall furnish Form E to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall make an application in Form E to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a bonded warehouse is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
