In the circumstances reported by the Excise Superintendent, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall furnish Form E to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within fourteen days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall make an application in Form E to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a bonded warehouse is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.\n4.
