GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The sub-letting of premises by sub-tenants under the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of the Authority, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sub-tenant carrying on the sub-letting of premises shall furnish Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sub-tenant carrying on the sub-letting of premises shall make an application in Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within seven days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sub-letting of premises is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
