In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of the Authority, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sub-tenant carrying on the sub-letting of premises shall furnish Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within seven days.\n2. The matter has been examined. Every sub-tenant carrying on the sub-letting of premises shall make an application in Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within seven days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.\n3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sub-letting of premises is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.\n4.
