Regulation 27, PFRDA (Licensing of Trustees) Regulations, 2023

Safe custody.—Every trustee shall keep every register of members to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of the Fund is carried on, shall record in Form 2 the description of every register of members so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Central Government within forty-five days of the close of each year.
