Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trustee shall apply to the Central Government in Form 11 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Central Government shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
