Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these regulations shall be preferred by the trustee aggrieved by it in Form 11 within thirty days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of two hundred rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
