Regulation 2, PFRDA (Licensing of Trustees) Regulations, 2023

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013); (b) "trustee" means a person carrying on the administration of the Fund; (c) "register of members" means a register of members received, held or disposed of by a trustee in the course of the administration of the Fund; (d) "Form 11" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
