Rule 12, Kerala Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2022

Fees.—The fee of five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Market Committee by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form H; and the Market Committee shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
