Correction of entries.—The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi may, on an application made in Form G by any dealer or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ninety days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
