Rule 13, Telangana Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2025

Application for registration.—Every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall make an application for registration to the Market Committee in Form H, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
