Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the commission agent in a market shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
