Safe custody.—Every commission agent in a market shall keep every market fee receipt to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the business of a commission agent in a market is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every market fee receipt so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within forty-five days of the close of each year.
