Correction of entries.—The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi may, on an application made in Form A by any commission agent in a market or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than sixty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
