Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the commission agent in a market to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form B, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall record the manner and the date of service within seven days of the service.
