Rule 8, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2023

Report to the Government.—The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall prepare, within forty-five days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of commissions agent in a market whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and publish it within seven days of its preparation.
