Maintenance of premises.—Every commission agent in a market shall keep the premises where the business of a commission agent in a market is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every sample kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the business of a commission agent in a market, and shall furnish to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form C, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
