Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a warehouse dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every market fee receipt then held; and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
