Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a warehouse who ceases to carry on the storage of agricultural produce shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every fertiliser held by him has been disposed of.
