Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a warehouse shall apply to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
