Safe custody.—Every licensee of a warehouse shall keep every stock register to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the storage of agricultural produce is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every stock register so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within ninety days of the close of each year.
