Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a cold storage who ceases to carry on the running of a cold storage shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Insecticides Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every produce held by him has been disposed of.
