Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a cold storage shall apply to the Insecticides Board in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Insecticides Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
