Rule 9, Puducherry Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2016

Report to the Government.—The Director of Agriculture shall prepare, within sixty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of fish farmers whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Puducherry and publish it within ninety days of its preparation.
