Intimation of change.—Every recipient of foreign contribution shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form FC-4 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
