Section 28, Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963 [S2G-55X]

28. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every real estate agent shall maintain such records and registers relating to the business of a real estate agent as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every real estate agent shall furnish to the Authority a return in Form B within thirty days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Authority may, by order in writing, require.
