No. 3679/1963.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963 (Maharashtra Act 45 of 1963), the State Government hereby appoints the 4th November, 1963 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
