2. Amendment of section 28.—In section 28 of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963 (Maharashtra Act 45 of 1963) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
