GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of trust property on lease by lessees of trust property under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Registrar of Societies, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall furnish Form C to the Board within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall make an application in Form C to the Board within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of trust property on lease is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
