GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a teleport by operators of a teleport under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Regional Officer of the Board, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a teleport carrying on the operation of a teleport shall furnish Form VII to the Board of Film Certification within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a teleport carrying on the operation of a teleport shall make an application in Form VII to the Board of Film Certification within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a teleport is undertaken, and the Board of Film Certification shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
