GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The certification of construction by architect certifying a projects under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Housing Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall furnish Form E to the Competent Authority within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every architect certifying a project carrying on the certification of construction shall make an application in Form E to the Competent Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the certification of construction is undertaken, and the Competent Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
