GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The retail vend of liquor by retail vendors under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every retail vendor carrying on the retail vend of liquor shall furnish Form B to the District Excise Officer within ten days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every retail vendor carrying on the retail vend of liquor shall make an application in Form B to the District Excise Officer within ten days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the retail vend of liquor is undertaken, and the District Excise Officer shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
