GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The possession of land by persons in possession of land under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Patwari, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall furnish Form 14 to the Settlement Officer within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall make an application in Form 14 to the Settlement Officer within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the possession of land is undertaken, and the Settlement Officer shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
