Hyderabad, dated the 5th May, 2026

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of Government land on lease by lessees of Government land under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Village Accountant, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall furnish Form 12 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application in Form 12 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of Government land on lease is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Telangana.
