GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The coaching of athletes by coaches under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every coach carrying on the coaching of athletes shall furnish Form H to the State Sports Council within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every coach carrying on the coaching of athletes shall make an application in Form H to the State Sports Council within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the coaching of athletes is undertaken, and the State Sports Council shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Telangana.
