GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of a waqf by mutawallis under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Survey Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every mutawalli carrying on the management of a waqf shall furnish Form G to the Registrar of Societies within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every mutawalli carrying on the management of a waqf shall make an application in Form G to the Registrar of Societies within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a waqf is undertaken, and the Registrar of Societies shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
