STANDING ORDER

To

All District Collectors,

Subject: The running of a fuel station by operators of a fuel station under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999 (Andhra Pradesh Act 27 of 1999), the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the running of a fuel station by operators of a fuel station.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a fuel station carrying on the running of a fuel station shall make an application in Form E to the State Executive Committee within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. The District Collector shall ensure that stock is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the State Executive Committee within seven days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
