STANDING ORDER

To

All Drawing and Disbursing Officers,

Subject: Participation in procurement by bidders under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012), the Urban Development Department, Government of Rajasthan hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to participation in procurement by bidders.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bidder carrying on participation in procurement shall make an application in Form GFR 22 to the Government of Rajasthan within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer shall ensure that audit report is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Government of Rajasthan within one hundred and twenty days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Urban Development Department, Government of Rajasthan.
