STANDING ORDER

To

All Drawing and Disbursing Officers,

Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012), the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Rajasthan hereby issues the following Standing Order for the guidance of all officers subordinate to it:

1. References have been received seeking clarification on the manner in which section 9 applies to the submission of accounts for audit by auditees.

2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 41 to the Accountant General within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer shall ensure that account is dealt with as directed above, and shall report compliance to the Accountant General within ninety days.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this standing order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Rajasthan.
